Key Account Executive – Export Air Freight
Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end export operations for Sea and Air Freight shipments, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle export air freight operations and customer coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal teams
- Ensure timely shipment execution and issue resolution
- Maintain operational KPIs and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 2–3 years of experience in export air freight operations or CS/KAM
- Strong communication and coordination skills
