Job Purpose
Driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing clients for Sea (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight services, while ensuring seamless coordination with operations for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquiring new export customers for Sea and Air Freight services
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Develop customized freight solutions based on cost, transit time, and service levels
- Coordinate with pricing, operations, documentation, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and track KPIs
- Follow up on sales closure until payment realization
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 5–7 years of experience in export sales (Sea/Air Freight)
- Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL, and Air Freight operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
