Telesales & Customer Support Intern
Type: Internship
Compensation: Stipend + Performance-Based Incentives
Duration : 6 months then confirm Employment based on performance
Location: On-site -Gurugram Sector 48
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
Handling inbound customer queries and providing support
Maintaining customer records and updating data in systems
Following up on leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
Achieving weekly/monthly performance targets
🔹 Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
Good email communication skills (professional email writing & responses)
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach
