Import Operations Executive – Sea & Air Freight
Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end import operations for Sea and Air Freight shipments, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle import operations for Sea and Air Freight shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and customs brokers
- Manage documentation, shipment tracking, and customer communication
- Resolve operational issues and ensure SLA adherence
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and internal SOPs
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a recognised university
- 2–3 years of experience in import operations (Sea/Air)
Strong documentation and coordination skills
